That’s why I started Rooted—because there is so much noise out there about the “best” way to parent. Too often, this advice isn’t based on science, nor does it consider the unique needs of babies, toddlers, and their caregivers. The truth is, there is no one right way to parent—but there are ways that work best for your family.
